At SLK Mobility we offer a full refund / return on any product you are not happy with. Subject to our terms & Conditions;

To receive a full refund the product(s) must be returned complete, unused, in an undamaged state and in the original packaging within 14 days.

Goods must be returned to SLK Mobility and tested before any refund is given.

If the product(s) are not returned in their original condition, SLK Mobility reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of any product(s).

We’re happy for you to unpack the item and inspect it properly. However, if you’ve used or installed it we will only make a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product. This could be up to 50% of the price of the item.

If on return of the goods, whether by post, self-delivery or courier, we find that necessary packaging is missing then we reserve the right to charge an £25 fee to repackage the product(s).

All specifications, information and prices are, to the best of our knowledge correct. We shall use our best endeavours to correctly describe products. In the event of a product being incorrectly described or labelled, SLK Mobility Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure of the description.

Batteries should be fitted by a qualified person, therefore, under no circumstances shall SLK Mobility Ltd be liable for any consequential injury, loss or damage due to in-correct use or fitting of Batteries or Chargers supplied to the Buyer.

Delivery

We make every effort to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.

On purchases made before 3pm, we, (through our Couriers) strive to deliver your goods before 6pm the next working day, although this is not guranteed.

Your Item(s) will be dispatched to your Address unless otherwise requested at time of purchase.

We use a third party courier service for all of our deliveries. In the eventuality that an item is out of stock we will notify you within 12 hours and Refund you if you have paid for the Item.

We shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery.

In any event, this is out of our direct control, therefore, SLK Mobility Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

We must be informed in writing within 3 days of delivery of any damages or shortage of goods. Failure to do so will free the company from any liability in this respect.
